The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Employers' Confederation of the Philippines said the President's speech lacked concrete plans for addressing high power costs and agricultural productivity, which remain key concerns for businesses.
Chambers noted that without a clear roadmap, investor confidence in the energy and agriculture sectors may wane, urging the administration to release detailed policy papers ahead of the next legislative session.
