OTB, the Italian fashion group, has acquired full ownership of Viktor&Rolf, the Dutch luxury fashion house founded in 1993 by designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren. The news was reported by Inside Retail Asia.
The acquisition marks the end of a long-standing partnership between OTB and the founders, who will remain involved in the creative direction. OTB already held a majority stake and has now purchased the remaining shares.
Neither party disclosed the financial terms of the deal. The move strengthens OTB's portfolio of brands, which includes Diesel, Marni, and Maison Margiela.
