The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) is tightening oversight of gaming operators, introducing new fees for venue changes, enforcing anti-money laundering compliance, and imposing restrictions on advertising, according to a report by BusinessWorld .

Under the updated rules, operators must pay a processing fee when applying to relocate, expand, or reduce their gaming venue area. PAGCOR said the fee is part of requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
