The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) said Top Line Business Development Corp. has become the fastest newly listed company to return to the capital markets through a follow-on offering (FOO), completing the transaction 14 months after its initial public offering (IPO), according to a report by BusinessWorld.
The Cebu-based fuel distributor and retailer listed its Series A-1 and Series A-2 perpetual securities as part of the FOO, which allowed it to raise additional capital quickly. The PSE noted that this achievement highlights the company’s ability to efficiently access the capital markets.
Top Line’s rapid return to the market underscores the strong investor confidence in the company’s growth prospects and the broader support for follow-on offerings from newly listed firms. The exchange continues to encourage listed companies to leverage follow-on offerings as a flexible fundraising tool.
