SM Offices, the commercial leasing arm of SM Prime Holdings Inc., is set to deliver a new Philippine Economic Zone Authority-accredited office tower in Quezon City this year, according to a report by Philstar Biz.
The new building will add approximately 31,000 square meters of office space to SM Prime's growing portfolio. The project underscores the company's continued investment in the Philippine office market, particularly in Metro Manila's business districts.
SM Prime has been actively expanding its office footprint to cater to demand from BPO firms, traditional offices, and government agencies. The Quezon City tower is expected to be completed within the year, further strengthening the company's presence in the capital region.
