BAGUIO CITY — The Cordillera Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) raised a Blue Alert status here in the highland region as authorities intensified preparations for the possible impact of Super Typhoon Inday (International name: Bavi), according to BusinessWorld.
